Defective/Damaged Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pearlosophyofficialsales@gmail.com with your proof of purchase, your name, and mobile number within 7 days of purchase including weekends.
